Refund & Exchange Policy – Kajakk.fo Seakayak Faroe Islands

At Kajakk.fo Seakayak Faroe Islands, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please refer to the following policy:

Refunds & Exchanges
We offer full refunds or exchanges based on the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the tour/course: Full refund (excluding any processing or card fees).
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour/course date: We reserve the right to keep the full amount. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for cancellations made within this window.
  • If Kajakk.fo must cancel the tour or course due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option for the tour/course (excluding any card fees).

Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable Conditions

  • No-show or cancellations on the day of the tour.
  • Participant is unable to attend due to personal reasons (e.g., injury, illness, or change in travel plans).

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any card or processing fees. Please note that these fees are non-refundable, and the amount refunded will exclude these charges.

To Complete Your Refund or Exchange Request:
Please provide proof of booking or confirmation email when contacting us about cancellations or changes.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary before a refund is posted.
    If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email address].

Exchanges:
If the tour or course needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen events (e.g., severe weather), we will offer an exchange to a later date. If you are unable to reschedule, a refund (excluding any card fees) will be issued.

Shipping Costs for Return:
If your booking involves returning any physical equipment or gear, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.
